The service
USA IT SMM operates usaitsmm.shop, an online marketplace that sells KYC-verified accounts for third-party payment, banking and crypto platforms. All products are digital goods. We are not affiliated with the platforms the accounts belong to.
Orders and delivery
Orders are placed through the site or by contacting our team. Once payment is confirmed, account details are delivered electronically using the delivery method described for that product. Delivery details and any setup instructions shared at the time of your order form part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use any account you buy, for keeping its credentials secure after handover, and for complying with applicable laws and with the rules of the platform the account belongs to. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in your jurisdiction.
Warranty and replacements
Orders are covered by the replacement guarantee described on this site: if a delivered account does not match its listing, contact our support team and we will work to replace it in line with our Refund Policy. The guarantee does not cover problems caused by how an account is used after handover.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
