Refund Policy

Digital goods
Everything we sell is a digital product delivered electronically. Because delivery is instant and the product cannot be "returned" once its credentials have been handed over, orders are generally final once delivered and accessed.
Replacement first
Our orders are covered by a replacement guarantee. If a delivered account does not work on first login or does not match what its listing described, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details and we will replace the account.
When a refund is issued
If we cannot provide a working replacement for an account that was defective on delivery, we will refund the amount you paid for that order to your original payment method. Refunds are not available for accounts that worked on delivery and later ran into problems caused by how they were used.
