Verification & Quality

Are the accounts genuinely KYC-verified?+

Yes. Every account is verified using authentic government-issued ID, proof of address, and where required, biometric selfie or live video call. On delivery we provide the original scans so you have full documentation.

Where do the identities come from?+

Every identity in our vault belongs to a real, consenting person who has been onboarded and compensated for their cooperation. We never use scraped, stolen, or synthetic identities.

What is your QA process?+

Before any account leaves the vault it passes a 27-point checklist: login stability, verification tier, transaction history, linked instruments, region-specific compliance flags, device fingerprint hygiene, and more.

Delivery & Handover

How fast is delivery?+

Most accounts are handed over within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. More complex products (Stripe US, Coinbase Tier 3, Wise Business) can take up to a few hours depending on documentation packaging.

How is the account handed over?+

You receive an encrypted package with every credential you need: email + password, backup codes, 2FA seed, linked bank details, ID scans, and a first-login walkthrough. A concierge stays on chat to make sure the transition is smooth.

Can I change the phone number / email after handover?+

Yes — we walk you through updating both to your controlled infrastructure without triggering security holds.

Payment & Escrow

What payment methods do you accept?+

Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), bank wire and escrow for high-value or bulk orders. No credit cards.

Do you offer escrow?+

Yes. For orders above $1,000 we recommend trusted third-party escrow. We cover half the escrow fee on qualifying orders.

Do you offer bulk discounts?+

Yes — 10% off on 10+ accounts, 20% off on 25+, and custom pricing for agency partnerships.

Warranty & Support

What if the account fails after purchase?+

Every product has a warranty window (7 to 30 days). If the account is closed or restricted through no fault of yours within that window, we replace it free of charge.

What voids the warranty?+

Prohibited activity (chargebacks, money laundering, sanctions-list dealings), sharing credentials publicly, or attempting to resell the account. Standard operational use is always covered.
